Brad’s passion for real estate began at age 12 when helping his grandfather with his rental properties. In college, he honed his skills working for a custom home builder, leading to the design and construction of his first home. In the early 80’s Brad moved with his family to McLean, Virginia and began investing in Northern Virginia real estate in the 1990’s. Since that time, his passion for real estate has become his career as well.
